Banpu provides training on the Corporate Governance Policy and the Code of Conduct through the Day 1 Orientation program. This training ensures that all new employees understand the Company’s ethical standards and can apply them in their work. Key topics include conflict of interest prevention, insider information control, anti corruption, whistleblowing, management of material non public information, and other essential ethical practices.
Banpu also required all employees to complete CG e learning and e testing as part of the mandatory Banpu Essential Program. In 2025, four onsite workshops were held by internal trainers to deepen employees’ understanding of corporate governance practices and strengthen ethical decision making through practical scenarios and case studies.
